Overview

One Kattameya is one of SAG’s most important projects with Memaar Al Morshedy . The Project is a multifunction complex that contains 8 commercial and administrative buildings along with 30 residential buildings which provide 3,966 residential units with a total project area: 25 feddans.

One Kattameya is centrally located in the upscale district of Kattameya. Its location provides the highest level of accessibility to all major districts in greater Cairo. SAG Consulting Group scope of work is  providing the  design package that contains architecture design, structure design, landscape design, MEP design, infrastructure design and urban planning for the whole project.
