Overview

Crystal Plaza is conveniently located in the heart of Cairo. it is suited on Cairo’s main Ring Road, in the suburb of Maadi, one of the city’s most upscale and accessible districts. And it’s close to many local attractions and landmarks such as Maadi City Center, Maadi sporting Club and the Shooting Club. It includes 635 residential units, 22,000 office spaces and the foot print is 126,000 m²

In this project , SAG Consulting Group provided full design package (Architecture, structure, landscape, MEP, infrastructure and urban planning) along with construction supervision.
