Overview
Porto Pheonice is a highly luxurious resort located 35 km at South Marsa Alam International Airport with an eastern view on the Red Sea Coast with a total approximate area of 3.2 million sq m. It will be comprised of 3-star hotel with a total 750 rooms and 2,250 residential units for a total of more than 3,000 rooms. The area is characterized by its marine life such as diving and a variety of coral reefs. At the western side there are mountain chains distinguished by its wild life and fascinating natural scenes.
SAG Consulting Group team reviewed the design packages prepared for the project; redesign some of the project components, provided the client with technical support services and prepared the shop drawings package for the different disciplines.
