Brief about the project:
A sophisticated compound in the heart of the 5th Settlement New Cairo. It has the most beautiful view of the green spaces and water bodies. It’s one of our latest projects with our client Arco Developments. The project’s area is 34 Acres and it consists of 27 apartment buildings, 85 townhouses, club house and a commercial building, 3 underground hubs including spa and swimming pools.
